Philadelphia 2010 - Tattoo Arts Convention. After a weird dream about a famous DJ giving me a series of tattoos and then immediately waking up to to text message from my brother reminding me of the upcoming tattoo arts convention a week ago, I decided to get this piece done. I have had this designed printed on a sheet of paper for about two years and when my brother called this morning I decided that today was the day. I found this design on a deviantART website. It is a stylized version of the Godsend / helix from Heroes. I surprised some of my friends by having my first tattoo this large. It didn't really hurt that much. I am pleased with my artist's work. Zach did a great job! Zach Nelligan _ Triple Crown Tattoo Co. Zach Also did a great job on my sister-in-law's flower and butterfly on the top of her foot. He designed it right on the spot.
